Saturday thoughts. . .

We had a great time at the FREE crop last night. There were 7 of us, but we had tons of great conversation, good scrapbook ideas, and good food! They all had Mexican - I had chicken fingers. This sinus rot I have has temporarily ruined my taste buds!
On Tuesday of next week, Fiskars will ship our latest order. It will be for about 8 different border punches (6 of each). We are getting the new ones and also several other fairly new ones that we didn't get in the summer of 08.
We don't know for sure when our other orders will come, but I will be sure to let you know when they get here.
On March 5, our second shipment of the BOGO Free alphabets from QK will be here. Yeah!!! We already sold out of the first batch.
On Saturday, March 28, 2009, Beth Thomas of Amuse Stamp Co. will be in our store to teach a class. For $20.00, you will make 4 cute cards, and (more importantly) learn quite a bit about stamping. This will include some instruction with Copic markers and blending pens. Call to sign as soon as you can.
Also in March - Look for us at the Northeast Alabama Home and Garden Show. Come by our booth to say "Hi" and register for a gift certificate to be given away. More on this later.

Week's almost gone...

Just a quick post before this entire week gets away from me. Thanks so much to the 10 or so "Mentone Retreaters" who shopped with us today. Thanks, we needed it. You all made my day!
Looking forward to the rest of you tomorrow.
I forgot to bring my list home with me, but I remember that we did order from Bo Bunny, Melissa Frances, Creative Imaginations, Graphics 45, SEI, and Karen Foster on Thursday. We're not finished yet, by any means. Lots more companies to go!
The cards and recipes are ready for this month. Come pick yours up! Also the Grade book is complete and some of the Christmas Books. We are waiting for paper packs for some of them.
